The hosts were friendly and very helpful! Plus, the breakfast was superb, featuring a lovely fruit cocktail that I thoroughly enjoyed.
The check-in process was a bit unclear! while some noise from outside disrupted my tranquility.

Lovely stay, but the room felt a bit old-school.

Beautiful guest house design with spacious rooms.
During my stay, I was disappointed that breakfast was not available due to kitchen refurbishment. I found the location a bit farther from the main attractions than I had anticipated. Although the guest house was charming, I expected a bit more modern amenities for the price I paid.

Perfect spot for exploring Buxton!
We loved the cozy vibe here! The owners were super friendly and gave us excellent tips for local spots. Breakfast was fab, with fresh fruit that hit the spot. The only thing? The room felt a bit old-school, could use a touch-up. Close enough to stroll into town for dinner, though, so that made up for it!

The traditional atmosphere and cleanliness stood out, adding a sense of comfort to the stay. Freshly prepared eggs for breakfast were a highlight, complemented by a lovely fruit selection. the ongoing kitchen refurbishment limited dining options, making breakfast unavailable at times. the decor felt somewhat dated, which might not cater to everyone's taste.

Had a great stay with friends! The guest house is on a quiet street, making it easy to relax. We explored the local pubs and nearby historic landmarks, all within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, and the owners were super helpful. Parking was easy too!
While everything else was great, the room could have used a bit more modern touch.
